Forwarding of a call to Cisco Unity Express on busy or ring-no-answer
Call forwarding into voice mail requires passing the right original called number to the voice mail system so that the correct user’s mailbox is selected to play the greeting and leave a message.

Dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) relay to interact with the voice mail system
DTMF relay encompasses the conversion of IP phone keypad digit presses sent via Skinny Client Control Protocol(SCCP) messages from the phone to Cisco CME call control, and from there to Cisco Unity Express via SIP NOTIFY messages.
