knife solo initコマンドでselect!が見つからないエラー

knife solo initコマンドを実行した際にselect!メソッドが見つからないエラーがでる。

$ knife solo init chef-repo

Creating knife.rb in kitchen…
Creating cupboards…

select!メソッドは1.9.2移行になるのでバージョンアップする必要がある。

1.9.3まであげると今度はzlibのエラーで設定が大変になるので、１．９．２にしておくとすぐchefの構成ができる。
